b) Contacting customer service

We offer you the option to create a customer account on our website in order to manage orders more easily and use our services. Registration is voluntary. f) Statistical analysis, abuse prevention and legal claims

g) Fraud prevention and credit checks

For credit card payments, transaction-based security checks are carried out via payment service providers such as Klarna AB. We do not store credit card or bank account numbers.

h) Product reviews
We process information you provide when submitting a product review in order to display the review in the Reuseit online shop and in relevant Google search results. Data is also used to notify you of the review status and to associate removal requests with the original author.

i) Service and website reviews (Trustpilot)
We use Trustpilot A/S to collect and display reviews of our services and website.
