We’re happy that you want to join us on our sustainable journey. Purchase terms may not be the most inspiring thing to read, but they help us create clarity about what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.
The following purchase terms apply to the sale of used/refurbished IT equipment such as laptops, mobile phones and tablets (hereinafter referred to as the “products”) by reuseit AB, company registration number 559210-6404. In these terms, the words “we”, “our” and “us” refer to Reuseit. These terms apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) with us.
All equipment is used/refurbished unless otherwise stated. The products are sold without manuals and original packaging. For laptops, mobile phones and tablets, the battery may have reduced operating time.
By using the website and/or placing an order, you agree to comply with the terms set out in this document (“the terms”) as well as our Privacy and Cookie Policy. This is quite a long and, objectively speaking, rather boring text, but it is important. Therefore, make sure you have read through and understood the terms before placing your order.
Your privacy is important to us. We always process personal data in accordance with applicable legislation and we have a privacy policy updated in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which entered into force on 25 May 2018. To read this and more information about how we process your personal data, see our Privacy and Cookie Policy.
The webshop is open to businesses, other legal entities, and consumers within Sweden unless otherwise agreed. Consumers must be of legal age to place orders. For business orders, the person placing the order is responsible for ensuring that they act within the scope of the applicable authority and authorization. For communication reasons, customers ordering goods must have an email address, as order confirmations and other messages between Reuseit and the customer are sent via email.
Reuseit reserves the right for any interim or final sale-out (out-of-stock) situation.
Where prices are stated, it is also indicated whether they include value-added tax (VAT) or not. VAT must always be paid. All prices are exclusive of environmental fees or other national surcharges. Prices also do not include any additional costs for installation preparations, installation, or relocation of connected existing equipment, or equipment installed at the same time.
In the event of obvious errors (e.g., incorrect price, typographical errors, etc.), we reserve the right to correct the error afterwards. If you are not satisfied with our correction, you of course have the right to cancel your order. We also reserve the right not to complete an order if the item is out of stock, if the maximum number per customer has been exceeded, or in the event of technical errors.
Orders for products are placed via our website reuseit.se. A binding agreement is entered into when your order has been confirmed via email.
If you have questions about how to place an order, you are welcome to contact our customer service by phone at +46 470 – 70 35 00 or via email.
By placing an order, you accept these purchase terms and consent to your personal data being registered in our customer register.
You are responsible for regularly checking your email after placing an order, as all communication from Reuseit takes place via the email address provided.
Cancellation of an order must be made via email or phone no later than one business day after the order confirmation has been sent to the customer.
In the event of any inaccuracies, such as an incorrectly stated price, stock status, delivery time or product information, we reserve the right to correct this afterwards. If you do not accept the correction, you have the right to cancel your order free of charge.
Renting our product range is only available to businesses. As a private individual, you cannot rent equipment from reuseit. Organizations and companies can find more information about this service in our Rental terms.
We offer free shipping for private individuals. Free returns are included for both private and business customers. For business customers, the total shipping cost is calculated and specified when invoicing the order.
Equipment ordered via our webshop is normally delivered within 1–3 business days from the time the order has been confirmed.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation via email with a parcel number or tracking link.
Parcels to private individuals are delivered to the nearest pickup point. When the parcel has arrived at the pickup point, a notification is sent via SMS. Valid ID is required when collecting. If no mobile number has been provided, the notification is sent by letter.
For business customers, we offer delivery with Schenker Parcel, whereby the goods are delivered directly to the specified delivery address. Notification is sent via SMS or letter if no mobile number is provided.
If the parcel and/or its contents are damaged upon delivery, this must be reported immediately to the carrier or at the pickup point.
We do not have a physical store or the possibility for personal pickup.
In case of delayed delivery, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase. Visible or hidden damage that has occurred during transport must be reported as soon as possible to Reuseit’s service department. For postal claims, photo documentation must be sent to [email protected].
If you wish to refuse receipt of a parcel at the pickup point, you must contact our customer service before doing so, to avoid being charged a fee for an uncollected order.
For parcels that are not collected and are returned to Reuseit, a return fee of 500 SEK including VAT will be charged. Unpaid invoices for the return fee may be handed over for debt collection.
Our partner for these transactions is Klarna, a company that ensures fast and secure payment. All transactions are sent via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and are encrypted.
Legal entity
After an approved credit check, invoicing is possible. After the due date, late payment interest of 11% per commenced month is charged. Payment terms are 15 days net unless otherwise agreed.
Private individual
We offer invoice payment via our partner Klarna. For invoice payments, the goods are sent to the registered address. If you do not want the goods sent to your registered address, please use another payment option. Payment terms are 14 days. In case of late payment, a reminder fee, late payment interest and the applicable reference rate will apply.
Through a partnership with Klarna, we can offer you the option to split your payment. You can have one or several ongoing installment purchases and Klarna compiles them into a monthly account invoice. Of course, you can at any time during the installment period pay the remaining debt in full. When you choose to split the payment of your purchase and confirm your order, your application for installment payment is made.
You will immediately receive notification whether your application has been approved and we can process your order right away. If your application is not approved, you can return to the checkout and choose another payment method. Klarna will send an account agreement to your home address.
See Klarna’s general account terms here.
Basic requirements for installment payment:
Ownership of delivered goods passes to the buyer only when the full purchase price has been paid. Note that the customer therefore does not have the right to resell or pledge the property before full payment has been made.
When you shop at reuseit, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act. The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or someone on your behalf, receives the product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must within the withdrawal period contact us in writing, for example via email, and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. The notice must include sufficient information for us to identify your order, such as name and order number.
After you have notified us of withdrawal, the item must be returned to us within 14 days. When we have received the return, we will refund the purchase price in accordance with applicable law.
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary open purchase for 30 days from the day the item was received. During this period, the customer may return the item without stating any reason.
For open purchase to apply, the item must be in the same condition as when received and must not show abnormal wear or damage. The product must, where applicable, be returned in its original packaging.
Open purchase is a voluntary service offered by reuseit and does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
At reuseit we offer 30 days open purchase and free returns. To facilitate a possible return, we include a return label.
To return an item, we ask you to contact Reuseit support to obtain a valid return authorization number. This helps us handle your return smoothly and correctly.
You are responsible for ensuring the product is well packed and handed over to the chosen carrier correctly so that it reaches us at reuseit undamaged.
When returning a withdrawn purchase of an Apple or Android product where an account has been linked to iCloud or a Google account, all account locks must be removed before the product is sent to us. If this is not done, we reserve the right to return the product to the customer without a refund.
If the product is damaged, if you have not received a return label, or if you have other questions, you are welcome to contact our customer service.
When you shop at Reuseit, you have a 2-year warranty on all products, and a 3-year right to make a complaint under the Consumer Sales Act. For goods with digital elements, the complaint period is three years or the longer period for which the contract runs. The product warranty covers only manufacturing defects that existed when you received the product.
We always provide at least 2 years warranty on hardware, except batteries which have a three (3) month warranty.
We guarantee at least 70% battery health on all our devices with a warranty period of 3 months (exception for mobile phones where we guarantee at least 80% battery health). If any hardware component breaks during the warranty period, you have the right to have that part repaired/replaced, or the entire computer/product is replaced with an identical or equivalent one. To most easily report a return or complaint case, you fill out the form and send it to our customer service. We help you whether your computer is broken or has become slow. Reuseit support also offers help with common software issues, virus removal, computer settings and important system updates. We turn problems into solutions. Our experts are here to help you. If you send in a computer, it may be a good idea to back up all files and data you wish to keep, as the device may need to be reset during the repair. You also need to remove any password if the workshop needs to access the device during service.
In many cases, the problems can be solved by contacting the manufacturer directly. You can get help troubleshooting over the phone or via chat/email from the manufacturer’s experts, and possibly book service if the issue cannot be resolved remotely.
Before contacting the manufacturer, it may be good to prepare your receipt as well as model and serial number, which you can find on your receipt or invoice.
To keep response times down, we ask you to describe as carefully as possible the issue or fault that has occurred and why you want to return or make a complaint about the product.
