Delivery questions

When will my order arrive?
Delivery time is 1–3 business days, but normally your order should be delivered the next weekday. Delivery time can vary depending on where in the country you live.

Where can I pick up my parcel?
The parcel is always delivered to the nearest service point. As soon as the parcel has arrived at the pickup point, an SMS notification is sent to you, which you need together with ID when collecting it (If you did not provide a mobile number, the notification is sent by letter).

For businesses we offer delivery with Schenker Parcel and then the goods are delivered directly to the delivery address. If you did not provide a mobile number, the notification is sent by letter. If the parcel and/or contents are damaged when you pick it up, you must report it directly at the pickup point.

We do not have a store or pickup location.

Payment

Klarna
As a payment method for private individuals, we use Klarna and the payment options available there.

Invoice (Business) – pay within 14 days
Pay within 14 days. Try the items at home in peace and decide what you want to keep. No interest or fees when you pay on time. When you pay via Klarna invoice you shop safely and easily. You never have to enter your card details, and you always pay after you have received your goods. The invoice is sent from Klarna via email.

Installment payment – split the payment in a way that suits you. The payment method for those who want to choose how much to pay each month.

Other questions

Can private individuals rent computers?
No, currently unfortunately only aimed at companies and organizations.

Can you send pictures of the product I’m considering buying?
Unfortunately, since we handle large volumes it is difficult to guarantee a specific item. We always offer 14 days open purchase on used equipment.

Age of the products?
Most of the equipment we sell is between one and three years old.

What condition are the products in?
We sell professionally renewed used computers, mobiles and tablets on www.reuseit.se. All our products are thoroughly checked, tested and refurbished by our experienced technicians. Our customers often say the products look new even though they have been used previously for one or a few years. If there are cosmetic defects beyond normal wear, it is stated in the product and condition description.

Since they have been used before, there may be scratches or dents in the device chassis. Each refurbished product we sell is unique. Our goal is to reuse as much as possible of incoming devices and therefore we offer the possibility to buy products in three different gradings: ‘visibly used’, ‘lightly used’ and ‘as good as new’. All products in our webshop clearly state the condition. We also always offer 30 days open purchase.

Choose the device that suits you
With us you can decide which device you want and in what condition. An option is of course to put a case on the device so that scratches or dents are no longer visible. Products with the condition ‘visibly used’ are sold at a reduced price. So just choose what you prefer!

Very good condition: Sparingly used products in very good condition. Here you can expect a product with very small signs of use. None, or few minimal scratches and other marks on the chassis.

Good condition: Fully functional products but with wear. Visible signs of use such as scratches and scuff marks occur. The screen may have superficial scratches but is free from cracks.

Okay condition: Fully functional products but with clear signs of wear such as deeper scratches, dents and marks. Scratches on the screen as well as small discolorations may occur.

Where do the products come from?
Reuseit exclusively handles used computers that come via larger companies and organizations. These company computers (business models) are adapted for use with high demands on operational reliability. They are built with components and materials focusing on quality and durability.

Advantages of business computers:
• More stable operation and longer lifespan.
• Better quality components. More durable chassis, often in materials such as aluminum and magnesium.
• Many connection options and usually ready for a docking station.
• Better security (often encryption features and fingerprint reader).
• Ergonomically designed—made for people who sit in front of the computer for longer periods.
• Sold with a professional original Windows license.

What does a refurbished iPhone mean?
A refurbished iPhone differs from one that is only used. It is “refurbished,” which means the phone has been restored to be like new. So it is not new, but functionally it is in like-new condition. Through our process each phone becomes factory reset. That means that even if it has been used by someone else, the process restores it to the condition it was in right after manufacturing, which means the phone should work the same way as a new phone.

Can I pick up/buy the item from you?
No, we have no physical store, showroom or pickup.

What is included in your warranty?
We always provide at least 12 months warranty on used computers. If any hardware component breaks during the warranty period, you are entitled to have it repaired/replaced. Alternatively, the entire computer/product will be replaced with the same or an equivalent one.
